The tasting area of a winery
The task: The client wanted us to propose, supply and install furnishings that would complement the modern architecture of the new extension and create an inviting space with a captivating 'wow factor'.
The challenge: We had to overcome the acoustic challenges in the extensive area and fulfil the different usage requirements. At the same time, we had to ensure that the new underground extension was inviting and natural.
The result: In collaboration with Berger & Hammann Architekten AG and Max Schweizer AG, the new extension with tasting area and barrique storage provides a modern contrast to the existing buildings and interiors. To achieve the desired "wow factor", we installed a striking 7-metre table made of solid wooden planks and combined it with modern chairs in various colours.
