Demonstration flat in the Löwenbräu Areal for PSP Swiss Properties
The task: To market an exclusive condominium with over 200 square metres in Zurich-West, the flat was to be furnished in such a way that potential buyers could gain a realistic impression of the effect of the rooms.
The challenge: Under considerable time pressure, high-quality furniture had to be selected, delivered and stylishly arranged for the various rooms in the flat. These had to match the luxurious and timeless lifestyle of a couple or a small family and emphasise the exclusivity of the flat.
The result: The stylish furnishings with modern designer furniture enabled a clear zoning of the spacious living area, which significantly supported the sales process of the exclusive flat.
