Lange Production specializes in authorized reissues of Danish design icons, crafted with great respect for the originals and the highest standards of quality. The focus is on the designs of Preben Fabricius and Jørgen Kastholm, whose furniture exemplifies a rare combination of architectural clarity, technical precision, and sensuous materiality.
Production takes place in close collaboration with specialized workshops for steel, wood, and leather. Each component is crafted where the respective craft is understood in particular depth. This ensures that the proportions, details, and material qualities of the historical designs are preserved without appearing museum-like. Lange Production’s furniture is re-editions in the best sense of the word: authentic, meticulously crafted, and made for contemporary use.
Among the best-known design classics are the FK 6720 Easy Chair, the FK 87 Grasshopper Chair, the FK 82 X-Chair, the FK 84 Lounge Chair, and the HB 128 Bar Cart by Horst Brüning. The portfolio is complemented by selected designs by Grete Jalk.
