holm° is a dynamic company in the interior design industry, specializing in exclusive Scandinavian collections. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented person with a passion for sales and consulting who will inspire our customers.
Your tasks:
- Build and maintain customer relationships: With competent and inspiring advice, you can turn visitors into customers and customers into loyal regulars.
- Develop needs analysis and furnishing ideas: They understand our customers' needs precisely, use them to create convincing furnishing concepts and create genuine shopping experiences.
- Conduct targeted sales talks: You think one step ahead in terms of cross-selling and always find the best solution for our customers.
- Customer service from A to Z: From the first contact to after-sales service, you are there for our customers and ensure first-class support.
Your profile:
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in advising customers, selling furniture and planning living spaces (ideally in a similar company). Experience in the contract sector an advantage.
- Passion for Scandinavian design: Strong interest or in-depth knowledge of Scandinavian design. Knowledge of our collections is an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills: Confidence in closing deals and the ability to build long-term customer relationships through a high level of service orientation.
- Network capability: Strong networking skills and a broad network of contacts.
- Team spirit and independence: A «winner mentality» that harmonizes well with a «we culture».
- Organizational talent: High degree of self-organization and reliability, even with parallel tasks.
- IT skills: Experienced with MS Office, database solutions and ideally drawing programs.
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level).
- Working hours: For 100%, Tuesday to Saturday; for 80%, Saturday is also a working day.
