holm° is a dynamic company in the interior design industry, specializing in exclusive Scandinavian collections. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and consulting, and who will inspire our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Through competent and inspiring consultation, you transform visitors into customers and customers into loyal regulars.
- Conduct needs analysis and develop interior design ideas: You accurately capture the needs of our customers, create convincing interior design concepts, and provide a genuine shopping experience.
- Conduct targeted sales conversations: You think one step ahead with cross-selling in mind and always find the best solution for our customers.
- Provide comprehensive customer care: From the first contact to after-sales service, you are there for our customers, ensuring first-class care.
Your profile:
- Work experience: Several years of experience in customer consulting, furniture sales, and interior planning (ideally in a comparable company). Experience in the contract business is an advantage.
- Passion for Scandinavian design: A strong interest in or solid knowledge of Scandinavian design. Familiarity with our collections is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills: Confidence in closing deals and the ability to build long-term customer relationships through excellent service orientation.
- Networking ability: Strong networking skills and a wide range of contacts.
- Team spirit and independence: A “winner mentality” that fits well with a “we-culture.”
- Organizational talent: A high level of self-organization and reliability, even with parallel tasks.
- IT skills: Proficient use of MS Office, database solutions, and ideally design software.
- Language skills: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
- Working hours: At 100%, Tuesday to Saturday; at 80%, Saturday is also a working day.

The founder of holm, Anna Berg, was born in Sweden and has been running holm for 20 years. As Interior Design Lead, she is responsible for all our interior design projects.
